Flourishing on the Fleurieu Festival 2018 - Celebrating Active Ageing Week 23-29 September 2018

It’s time to start planning for the Flourishing on the Fleurieu Festival once again. This popular Festival, which is held every two years, celebrates retirement and showcases how our community flourishes. It aims to promote health and wellbeing, and facilitate social connection. This year the Festival promises an exciting new program where communities across the Fleurieu region will come alive. The emphasis is on ‘exploring possibilities’ for getting involved in your local community.

The Festival will be hosted during Active Ageing Week from 23 to 29 September 2018.

Community groups based in Alexandrina, Victor Harbor, Yankalilla and Kangaroo Island council areas are hosting events or activities in their local community that aim to encourage new people to get involved.
